So, I'd like to join the Fire Cadet program because I have a strong desire to serve my community and make a positive impact in peoples lives. As I grew up in the rough neighborhoods of Los Santos.. I witnessed firsthand how emergencies and disasters can affect families and communities. This inspired me to pursue a career where I can help others during their most vulnerable moments.

Id say thru out my life, I have learned the importance of resilience and discipline and teamwork. My background has taught me to remain calm under pressure and to approach difficult situations with a clear and focused mind. I believe these qualities are essential for anyone in emergency services. As a person, I bring dedication, a strong work ethic, and a genuine passion for public service. I am eager to learn, grow, and contribute to the team. I understand that being part of the Fire Cadets is not only about firefighting skills but also about building character, leadership, and responsibility. I am ready to embrace these challenges and develop both personally and professionally.

My goal is to use this opportunity as a foundation for a lifelong career in firefighting and emergency response. I want to gain the knowledge, experience, and skills necessary to protect and serve the people of Los Santos. Ultimately, I aim to become a firefighter who is respected not just for their technical ability, but also for their compassion, integrity, and commitment to the community. I think I would make a great asset to the team

Hector Trevino grew up in the tougher neighborhoods of Los Santos. His family didn’t have much money, and life wasn’t always easy. He was raised by his mom and dad, but they were on the struggling side financially. Growing up as a poor hispanic kid, Hector always dreamed of making a better life for himself and his family. So as he went to school, It wasn’t the easiest for him either fights and rough situations kept popping up. Seeing that things were getting out of hand, his dad decided it was time to get him working early. Thanks to some connections that his dad helped him land a job at the docks where he started working with him as a truck driver.

Hector stuck with the dock work for a while, and when he turned 18, he decided to become a full time truck driver hoping it would be the way to make more money and find some satisfaction. But after a while, he realized that it just wasn’t what he thought it would be the money was okay, but it didn’t make him happy or feel fulfilled.

That’s when Hector started thinking about doing something bigger, something more meaningful. He wanted to serve his community and actually help people, especially after seeing all the struggles around where he grew up. That’s why he started looking into careers in public service, like law enforcement or firefighting something that could give him a real sense of purpose. This is why we are trying to find purpose for his life.
